A brief history of the Tucker Brothers

Tommy & Joel get bored, buy a Stand up bass and mandolin in 1992. Same year, we write some songs & record a cassette only release, "Back to the Woods". Jake, our guitarist, joins the band in 1993. Hank comes aboard to play "Clematis by Night" (the very first one) in 1994. We produce a  compilation, "Safe Harbour (Volume One)", in 1995. GrandPa joins in the percussion brigade in 1998.

We have played most of the major community events in Broward & Palm Beach counties (Florida). Our most notable concert was warm-up band slot for Willie Nelson at the Kravis Center in 1999.

We are proud to be known as the "official country band" of the West Palm Beach police department. This seems to get us the job as token country band for  "Clematis by Night" once a year.

The Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and the American Cancer Society are our favorite causes for which we play annual events.

Our pet-peeve is Sunfest. (They still haven't hired us...hint, hint...)

The web and digital music distribution are amazing tools. We believe the last eight years have been a warm-up for the things to come. Hang in there.
