In muggy South Florida, everybody gets
CABIN FEVER!
Grampa brings the Word every Saturday night to South Florida's only weekly acoustic Country Gospel worship service.

We get all kinds -- banjo pickers, harp players, fiddles, cellos, and more guitars than Carter's got little liver pills. 

We meet in a little log cabin built by the church to use as a youth and community group meeting hall. Every Saturday night, we throw a Gospel Jubilee, a barn-burner of a jam session where the only goals are to glorify God and to give his children a chance to play. 

At Log Cabin Worship, we don't pass the plate. We don't like amps, plugs or batteries. We try to hear everyone who's tryin to be heard. And we never, ever practice. The rest is the usual courtesy stuff -- no pets or smokes indoors, no drinkin or cussin on the grounds -- but you're free to drink coffee, strum a guitbox or sing at the top of your lungs. 

It's a chance for new or shy musicians to test their wings, to learn new worship songs (actually, they're very OLD songs! ) and to hopefully develop the confidence needed to lead praise and worship back at their local churches. It's a chance for experienced musicians to keep their chops up in a WORSHIP setting, where every musician is a worshiper, not a worship leader.

The gang meets every Saturday at Tropical Sands Christian Church, Burns Road between Prosperity Farms and A-1-A, Palm Beach Gardens. Service is from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, with short devotional, snacks and lots of hot coffee! Bring the kids and that old guitar (we like D, C, G and sometimes Em).

The Tucker Brothers and the whole Log Cabin Worship Gang want to express their heartfelt appreciation to Tropical Sands Christian Church for providing the perfect facility for this kind of worship gathering.  Tropical Sands is a loving, easy-going congregation, and you could do a lot worse if you're lookin for a church.

Meanwhile, if it's convenient, and if you're a relatively civil person, you really can show up any Saturday for an earful of primitive Gospel and contemporary praise music.
